A beginner-friendly class designed to help you build confidence and learn the foundations of yoga. Move at a steady, accessible pace while refining alignment and connecting to your breath.

Foundations
Slow down, soften, and reconnect.
A blend of gentle flow and yin-inspired holds designed to release tension while building subtle strength. Move through slow, intentional sequences before settling into deeper stretches that open the hips, legs, and full body.
Expect a calming, low-impact experience that leaves you feeling grounded, open, and restored.
Best for: recovery, flexibility, stress relief, low-impact movement
Melt (Yin + Flow Fusion)
Where strength meets flow.
A fusion of yoga and low-impact strength designed to build tone, stability, and full-body strength. Move through a fluid sequence with added holds, pulses, and core workâall while staying connected to your breath.
Best for: full-body tone, strength + movement
Flow State (Power)
Your weekly ritual.
A slow, restorative experience designed to help you fully unwind and reset for the week ahead. Expect deep stretch, breath-work, and intentional stillness.
Some classes may include guided meditations.

Sunday Reset
Less movement, more presence.
A calming, guided class focused on breath-work, light movement, and nervous system regulation. Expect simple breathing techniques, gentle stretching, and moments of stillness to help you reset and reconnect.
